Corrupt Lincoln Magistrates Court.
Let me begin with my story.
I am a council "Customer" (Tenant) You'll understand why I said Customer and not tenant later.
After living as a council customer for 10 years I got a "Court" Summons off the "Council" for not paying council tax. You might be thinking you should of paid your council tax then.
As it says Council Tax Bill at the top I tried to exchange it under bills of exchange act 1882. You might need to look it up. And I took over the document under the stamp act 1881. So that becomes my document and no one should be able to use it against you.
Back to the FAKE Summons I thought it was odd that the council issues a summons to appear at court are the court not capable of issuing a summons? So I searched for summons to court legislation
And it came back with the Magistrates court act 1980 states a justice of the peace (A Judge) on their oath has to issue a summons to court.

where a justice of the peace is satisfied that:
any person in England or wales is likely to be able to give material evidence, or produce any document or thing likely to be material evidence at the summary for trial of an information or hearing of a complaint by a magistrates court, The magistrates court act 1980 and the courts act 2003 say much more but they do not say a summons may be issued by the council.
So that's 2 laws broken by the council and the magistrates court. Yes that's right the magistrates court have broken the law and at the same time they send people to prison and issue fines and liability orders for "apparently braking the law" that's why the magistrates court is a criminal court as the people who work there are criminals. 3 weeks before my hearing I went to the court and asked to speak with the Authorised legal advisor as that's who signed the FAKE summons and it had no printed name on it. The usher looked on his computer and said you are not on the computer as you have not broken the law I asked why am I summons to court if I have not broken the law? he just told me I'm not legally trained.
2nd of December I attended the initial hearing and adjourned straight away as they had no time to hear what I had to say.

As I just done a week of 12 hour shifts I attended the second hearing and after 2 hours of falling asleep in the waiting room I was called into court 3.
From the start to finish I wasn't playing their game if you keep quiet they will treat you like a lamb
so I was difficult with them for the 1-1 half hours I was in there and the criminals that work in that criminal court threatened me with violence they said if you don't cooperate we will get security to remove you from court and continue without you. I said what security are going to physically remove me that's assault! is it the legal advisor asked I said yeah if they touch me without my consent that's assault you can try telling them that said the legal advisor I will I replied.
I was also threatened with prison even though I had not committed any crime says the usher.
I asked the court that means everyone in court even the woman from the council if they support this FAKE summons the legal advisor and 2 FAKE magistrates looked at it and did support it then I tried to show them but they refused to look at the Print off of the Magistrates court act 1980 and the Court act 2003 so I read it to them. The legal advisor just shouted Noooo! the council come here to use one of our rooms and we advise them to issue a summons. I looked at the 1980 and 2003 acts and said No! it does not say that here. More crimes committed by the criminal court and the council as they continued to support the FAKE summons they are contrary to section 12 of the perjury act 1911 ( look it up) and another crime contrary to section 7 of the perjury act 1911 Aiders abettors and suborners. that states every person who aids abets counsels procures or suborns another person to commit an offence against this act shall be liable to be proceeded against indicted tried and punished as if he were a principal offender. Every time I tried pointing things out to them the legal advisor just talked over me. I pointed out how biased they were towards to council something they denied And the woman from the council said you have to pay the bill it's an act it's an act and I said so is the bills of exchange act the legal advisor said the same you have to pay it's an act I again said so is the bills of exchange act so how do you choose which acts you do and do not recognise?
The woman from the council then said ( This is why I said I'm a council customer) we do what ever we can to help all of our customers. Then the legal advisor said something about me being a tenant for 10 years then I said I'm not a tenant I'm a customer she just called me a customer 3 times.
This is true! Are you a council tenant? have you reported a repair and wait ages for it to get fixed? or maybe it has never been fixed? have you reported a problem neighbour and little get's done about it?
Have the council accused you of not paying your rent one week or one month and suddenly send you threatening letters? sounds to me they are only money motivated you owe money they get hostile with you just like in business.
When you go to city hall to see someone at the council regarding an issue or if you phone them you speak to " CUSTOMER" services don't you? So it's a business and you are their "CUSTOMER" go to city hall to speak to someone at the council you go to "CUSTOMER" services When you phone city hall you don't speak to tenant services you speak to "CUSTOMER" Services.
For many years now I came to the conclusion the only right you have is to consume and the state will even force you to consume!

Despite all this the state will still force you to consume so you "will" part with your money!!

The grumpy old git said we are awarding liability to the council due to insufficient evidence.
The complete irony of the court committing crimes they have a law that states: A roman court does not operate according to any true rule of law except to the presumptions of the law.

And when you go to court the first thing you have to do is refute the 12 presumptions of court.

After I left the kangaroo court I contacted the lord chancellor Robert Buckland QC MP and informed him of the crimes it's his duty to remove the fake lay justices but I doubt he has done that.
I E-mailed Chief constable bill skelly the crimes that happened and at the beginning I said you will not do anything about this as you are a senior constable of the same corrupt judiciary as the criminal fake magistrates and I told him the name of the woman from the council.
I got a reply saying in regards to a complaint I made to him and I need to get legal advice.
Well I did not make a complaint to him I reported a few crimes to him as in the E-mail I sent him he has done nothing about this not one of these criminals been arrested so he is also a criminal as he is ading and abetting criminals.
Accessories and Abettors act 1861.
Whosoever shall aid abet counsel or procure the commission of any indictable offence whether the same can be an offence at common law or by virtue of any act passed shall be liable to be tried indicted and punished as a principal offender.
Oh and by the way I called the fake magistrates fake as they are supposed to be on their oaths before entering the court I put in this challenge one said yes I said prove it but they didn't so they have committed treason against the crown that is an arrestable offence the authority of the court is void the constables swear an oath to uphold common law (see the police reform act 2002) as bill skelly has failed to arrest the fake magistrates he has also committed treason to the crown another crime committed by the chief constable.

Any man who so desires may take an oath to obey the commands of the twenty=five barons for the achievement of these end, and to join with them in assailing us to the utmost of his power. We give public and free permission to take this oath to any man who so desires, and at no time will we prohibit and man from taking it. Indeed, we will compel any of our subjects who are unwilling to take it to swear it at our command.
But there is also an act that says they have to swear an oath in the office of the judiciary.
