I Have Sent Another E-mail To Criminal Chief Constable Chris Haward.

Something else that has happened involving PC 588 And PC 602 And City of Lincoln Council Area Housing Manager David Ward they committed a crime at my property on 12th November 2021 the offence criminal law act 1977 and none of them have been arrested and charged.
We have got a problem!!!
After this I'm sure criminal chief constable Chris Haward will not get arrested but get the opportunity to "step down" when employees of the criminal state get caught out with their crimes they "step down" and "step down" means take early retirement but on a full pension paid for by the tax payer.
These so called magistrates courts are not courts of record like crown courts as these so called magistrates courts are businesses and the fake magistrates and fake district judges are not on their judicial oaths so that makes them "star chambers" ( Seats of Satan )
To Make A Long Story Short This is all in regards to some fraud and perjury that happened in 2020 between the city of Lincoln council and the "fake" magistrates court. the city of Lincoln council sent me a "fake" court summons that was supported by the "fake" magistrates court. The crimes committed by Tracey Parker from the city of Lincoln council And Michael Seath (clerk to the court) are Section 12 perjury act 1911, section 5 and section 7 fraud act 2006 I e-mailed this 10th January 2020 to the then chief constable bill skelly and again to the current chief constable Chris Haward. So have Tracey Parker and Michael Seath been arrested and charged by the Police? No They Have Not!!!
Considering The "fake" Magistrates Court Are Actually Controlled By Parliament And The Fake Magistrates are Never on The Judicial oaths To The crown and the Police swear an oath to the crown but are employed by Parliament and are only there to serve parliament while they have the crown on their uniform and vehicles that is Section 2 Fraud Act 2006, Fraud By False Representation.

Would You Like To Tell Me Why You Have Not Arrested Clerk To The Justice Michael Seath And tracey parker at the city of lincoln council?Also Why you have not arrested all the fake magistrates for committing fraud section 2 fraud act 2006 fraud by false representation.As None of the magistrates are on their judicial oath as the fake magistrates court is a business so none of the fake magistrates are on their oath thus committing fraud kidnapping and false imprisonment. The Same goes for the district judges I already told you about fake district judge peter veits I asked him if he's on his judicial oath he failed to prove it that is section 2 fraud act 2006 as he sends people to prison without the authority to do so that is kidnapping and false imprisonment. 
On 8th November I was wrongfully arrested By pc 512 cook and 585 lanes for failing to appear at lincoln magistrates court even though lincoln magistrates court is a businessand the fake magistrates were not on their judicial oaths so pc cook and lanes committed wrongful arrest, accessory to fraud, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, aggravated criminal damage, 2 counts of aggravated theft, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated false imprisonment along with their inspector, aggravated twoc and misconduct in public office.The Custody sergeant committed false imprisonment for authorising my false imprisonment.9th november Geo/amey committed kidnapping and false imprisonment and G4S at the fake court high street lincoln committed false imprisonment.I bet none of them are going to get arrested are they? Last Month I wrote to lincolnshire county court to ask the fake district judge to send me a copy of his oath as I got a letter for a hearing.Fake district judge philip james armitage did not send me a copy of his judicial oath but to be fair it is impossible for him to send me a copy of his judicial oath as he's not on his oath he is a fraudster.Never the less the fake district judge managed to find me guilty despite the fact only a jury can find me guilty and there was no jury or even evidence of a jury as he gets bribed by the city of lincoln council to grant them an injunction.The crimes committed by fake district judge philip james armitage are as follows section 2 fraud act 2006 fraud by false representation, section 5 fraud act 2006 gain and loss, section 7 fraud act 2006 making or suppling articles for use in fraud and as on the fake injunction issued states force can be used to gain entry to the property without consent section 1 criminal law act 1977. 12th november 2021 someone from city of lincoln council who was aided and abetted by pc 588 and pc 602 caused harassment alarm and distress section 5 public order act 1986 for banging on my door and threatened to force entering contrary to criminal damage act 1971 this was also aided and abetted by pc 588 and pc 602 and the 3 of them were also an accessory to the fraud of fake district judge philip james armitage. I'm Not going to expect you to arrest any of the above offenders as you chief constable chris haward are a criminal. But I will look forward to you response excusing the above crimes.
